HTL Corporate Advisory is pleased to announce the addition of Damien McConchie as our new Relationship Director - Debt Advisory, Property and Corporate Finance.
Damien is a highly experienced senior business finance professional with over 25 years in the banking and non-banking sectors, having held senior roles at the likes of CBA, Lloyds Banking and Metcash.
In his new role, Damien will have a particular focus on highly-structured and complex property development and investment transactions, which complements beautifully the existing experience that exists within HTL Corporate Advisory, being a focus on diversified cash-flow trading businesses.
Damien possesses strong technical skills and has a wealth of experience in sourcing and developing new and existing business relationships. Damien will bring extensive business and banking experience to help optimize performance for investors, owners and lenders across all stages of the business lifecycle.
